Return Policy

We maintain a strict no refund policy. All sales are final. This includes all pre-order products/Subscription products and limited time items. We also do not accept exchanges at this time. Currently we are unable to accept returns unless you received damaged product. If you believe there is a defect with your item(s), please contact us at teacakeproduciton@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Claims made outside of this time frame will not be accepted. When contacting us, please provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue with photos of the product and the packaging so we can resolve any issues.
